Poor internet speed and Poor service

My internet speed test delivers a remarkable 0.1Mbps downlink and 0.65Mbps Uplink. Afrihost call center lines are off. The online whatsapp only work until 19:30 and the logging of a support ticket also does not work. Great!! So how am I supposed to log a call or do any work from home after hours with service like this?
