POOR FIBRE SERVICE OCTOTEL

I migrated my Octotel service from RSA WEB and this was the worst decision Icould have made. My signal keeps disconnecting and according to Afrihost the problem is with Octotel . Now they say the router is not configured coerrctly. I've spent days trying to sort this out. It appears the are making it my problem now. The Huawei router they supply to my mind is absolute ******* because the signal is good when I use the router supp**** by RSA WEB. I was told to upgrade to a 75/75 package then it will work well. I am now stuck with the more expensive package. Wish some other company other than Octotel will provide fibre in my area
