Poor fibre Service. Afrihost and Metrofibre

We have been a client of Afrihost for just about 6 months and in all that time we have probably experienced full line speed for about 30% of the time. We are paying for a 100mbps line, but most of the time we are only receiving 20-30mbps. After several complaints to them, we have yet to have a technician from Metrofibre come out to investigate the cause. Both Afrihost and Metrofibre are very disappointing when t comes to service delivery.
