Poor Fiber service

I've been dealing with Fiber connection problems for nearly a year, and I've been consistently raising support tickets with Afrihost. I've also sent multiple emails expressing my frustration about the poor connection, but the problem is still hanging around. What else can I do to get this issue resolved? This is more like Pure internet Frustration rather than Joy
