Poor feedback and delay on deliveries

I have ordered fixed wireless on 25 April 2019. They stipulated that it would take 3-7 days to be delivered but it has now been 3 weeks.

I have been chatting to agents on Whatsapp and keep getting the same response, that I will receive an email/phone call a day before delivery ... at this stage i feel like this can be in the year 2023 if at all.

The agent says to me that the warehouse is ignoring the request - clearly nobody knows how to do their jobs or give their customers proper feedback.

I am very happy with the mobile data services, however, the turn around time and feedback on delivery is pathetic! At this stage, telkom (bad reputation as they have), seems like a much better option!!!
