Poor customer service, install and leave you with sht

Poor poor poor service. I am still without internet, my line has never been 100% since installation. It goes off for a few days, then on, then it goed off again and never would Afrihost ever request MetroFibre to send a technician to fix the messed-up line. I am paying for a 250mbps line and at times, if the line is working i get between 5mbps and 40mbps, and at times like this 0 no internet access and no assistance.
