Poor customer service

Im utterly disgusted with Afrihost's service. Just lies lies lies!!!! Since the 25th of September we moved to a new location and had to update the address to the new location. After numerous attempts to get this sorted out no luck. We have spoken to L. Pinky, Chres, Michael, Emmanuel, Keith, Mhalili and Megan. Up to date we have been told a different story by each and everyone of them. I have been told more then 3 times the router will work within 2 hours or the router will work within the next half and hour. Up to date all I have is a red light. I cant believe a simple address change has become such a complicated issue. And every time they make a mistake, but then we get told we will just wait longer and longer each time we update it. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is not the best isp. I will be canceling my internet with Afrihost.
