POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish there was an option to give zero star, this company doesn't even deserve the one star i gave them. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and todate no installation has taken place, every day am told something different. this week alone i have gone through 15 different agents and none of them assisted me. And when i request a refund am given a run around. if you are in soweto DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE OF ENLISTING THESE PEOPLE SERVICE IT SUCKS
