Poor customer service Afrihost

I have a data contract with Afrihost and had a data discrepancy on the 01/01/2019. The issue was that I had only used 12Mb of data and this company removed 343Mb from my package. I have sent numerous emails and proof from my data traffic monitoring on my mobile and since then the issue is still not resolved. Everytime I call or email them their response is the issue is being investigated. So what do i do in the time being due to errors on there system? Poor poor pathetic service afrihost. ****************.
