Poor customer service.

They changed my account details without my knowledge now when I try to connect to my network it states that this is another person’s network and it is cancelled, Just recently received an email from them stated that my credit card payment is still and I have never made a payment using that payment method neither do I even own a credit card. I was told to wait for 24 hours and my services will be restore it’s been more than 24hours now and I still don’t have service.
