Poor Customer Service

I called earlier today about my internet being offline logged a ticket as i was told now it's the evening still without no help the service of Afrihost is terrible we missed out on profit we were suppose make today for my wife and i business. The service is very slow we spoke to person named Ani she promised to assist with no avail we still have no internet this is really serious guys we use you services to support but now this is unbearable our ticket ISP is *** was logfed this morning
