Poor customer service

I wish I could choose 0 stars. I app**** for a fiber service last week and was shocked by the horrible service I received from them. They do not read their emails properly and send replies back that is irrelevant or mismatched to my requests. In one email I requested for my application to cancelled and for a manager to call me, up to today no reply was received from them regarding that. I had to go to the customer portal to request a call back. An agent called me and I told her that I want to cancel my application, she guided me through the process to cancel the service without bothering to try and retain me. She could have escalated that internally so that the problem could be addressed thus preventing it from happening again to another customer. I will never ever recommend Afrihost to anyone!!
