Poor customer service

I took out a second data 'contract' with Afrihost, didn't realize how pathetic their customer service is. Kept requesting them to call me to sort out an issue with connectivity, still waiting. I had to pay the pro-rata rate and they debited my account with the monthly rate, and I still don't have connectivity. I have now had no choice but to cancel with them. Better to find another provider. Originally got one reason/excuse from the billing department and another from the connectivity, but when you start questioning they stop answering. I will not be a victim.
