Poor customer service

I have been an Afrihost customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

We've been waiting for almost a month to activate our fibre line, and all we get is "it's been escalated".

I use to recommend afrihost to my friends, but i will never recommend them to anybody again.
