Poor Customer Service

Before close of business in July 2017 I request the transfer of 2 of my domains to go to another Service Provider. I contacted the bank and instruct them NOT TO allow the debit order as Afrihost run const in advance. My one domain has been ported to the new supplier but the other one ha still not been ported. Ticket No.: XTE- ********** 2. I will not pay for something I have not had the use of. Please release my domain v2group.co.za immediately.
