Poor customer service

***********, is an understatement!!! I've been waiting since the 7th of October 2022 for my fibre line to get installed and activated, since then they have been harassing me regarding payment and telling me my account is suspended, and the more I tell them my line isn't installed, the more the argue!

I really wouldn't even consider them to anyone in the Pretoria East areas! They seriously lack customer service and can't even get back to you when promised to do so! If I could rate them a -10 I would most definitely do that!
