Poor Customer Service!!

I ordered a fibre package from Afrihost paid in order to secure the SO. I waited for three weeks for them to come and install the ONT. They everytime gave me a new excuse and I had to wait 2-3 days. After three weeks had past I was fed up with the service as they still didn't book the installation. Thus I cancelled the order, as I couldn't wait so long for a service I already paid for. In the interim I found anoth SP who jumped on this got everything sorted only to realise AFRIHOST AGAIN did not cancel the order properly releasing the line. This has now resulted in me waiting 4 weeks for internet and they do not want to do anything about releasing the line. I have 20 plus emails where they said they would make this high priority and urgent yet here I am still waiting!!! This service is disgusting, putrid and I'm yet to still get my refund which will probably take a further year at this rate. PLEASE DO NOT USE AFRIHOST WORST SP TO DATE!!
