Poor connectivity and now quite regularly

Hi guys, I pay a lot for fibre with Afrihost albeit there are so many ISPs around, especially in the City of Cape. Please make me understand why my fibre connection is so poor and intermittent. I am experiencing regular reduced speeds and poor connectivity. This should not happen with a fibre connection. Please see to this matter and assist promptly.
