Poor connection and bad service

I am using Afrihost as my internet service provider and I must say, I am not happy with thier service, I am currently out of connection I was told that my line is down not sure why or when it will be resolved and yet I work from home, internet service providers need to understand for some of us if we are out of connection we are losing money and yet they have been payed to provide us with this service.

On days when the connection is working the speed is not what they promised and also from time to time it drops and comes up regularly.

Afrihost can actually do better.
