Poor communication

<p>Afrihost is by far the best service provider I have come across. Until today I have been happy with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I recently moved from my old ISP to Afrihost. My ADSL line rental was to be included in the package. I went through all the paperwork to have my line moved into the migration pool and was told that there was nothing further for me to do and that they would handle the rest.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am mow at the start of my 3rd month on Afrihost, only to be here without an Internet connection. Why you ask? Because my line has been suspended due to non-payment. Upon investigation, I discovered that Afrihost never took control of my line and thus, has not been collecting monies due for it... Telkom doesn't know who the line belongs to and thus isn't billing for it, and after 2 whole months, nobody from Afrihost thought it would be reasonable to contact me to warn me of this potentially problematic situation so I could do something about it in a timely manner... Really? </p>
