Poor client service and wrong info from their agent

I chat with afrihost agent on the 7 august on WhatsApp enquiring about my payment. They said I have paid. After 3 days they send email telling me that I did not paid. I phoned on Monday making arrangements that I will settle on the 25 they said is ok. They said no we will debit on the 1st of September, but yesterday the debited even the day before and they found no funds in my account because I'm waiting to pay on the 25 as I promised. But now they always charged me admin fee. On Monda my account was R160 today is R240. They always add money as if I got paid everyday. IAM very disappointed
