poor client help

Good day, i have been an afrihost client for almost 15 years and can not believe the service given. i have multiple products on one account and in the past if one went un paid i could still access the products paid. they have suspended my entire account and just add on amounts. Why if wi fi was suspended from day 1 and no usage is it still billed, i was not allowed to use that data so therefore you could not still expect me to pay. if you ask the accounts department for help, they merely say it is an automated system, and no arrangements can be made. i find the loyalty towards customers very poor.
