Poor and unprofessional customer service!

We have not had a senior manager call us no matter how many support calls and complaints we log. The email response to our support calls and complaints are way off the mark and do not deal with the problem. We do not have any resolution to the issue which has been going on for the past year. Afrihost who is the service provider cannot get this sorted and yet again nobody senior seems to take this seriously enough or as a matter of urgency and concern. Truly unprofessional and awful customer service!
