poor and pathetic service

this company is a terrible service

they have went against the poppia act and shared my info with the 3rd party

they came to my property to install a fibre line in dec , how ever they installed someone elses line on my property after me telling them that it is the incorrect address the installer insisted on installing the line then afrihost contact because the line cudnt be activated

i have been paying my account monthly and my internet was disconnected

on thursday the 1st feb till today the 08/02/2023 they have no sense of urgency to sort out the query , im waiting since thursday for a managers call my account is over payed by 209 rand still it cant be fixed

how does a company still operate with such poor service delivery .
