Poor and Inaccurate replies to Afrihost queries

Excellent website that unfortunately is not backed up with behind the scenes qualified personnel. It seems that it is their job to "as quickly as possible", give you an answer which seems to use "cut and paste" answers. The net result is numerous back and forth and repeat queries. Most disappointing as you can't go "higher up the ladder" to someone more clued up!!
