Poor after sale service!

Very poor after sale service! I haven’t had internet now for 3 weeks! They keep promising to send a technician out to help but no one has pitched! I have been on numerous calls between Afrihost and Vumatel and I’m it getting help! I find it disgusting that I keep paying for the device I’m not getting!
