Poor Afrihost Service and Support

After struggling for 5 weeks since hosting my domain with Afrihost and not being able to access File Manager on the site - I requested for a Manager to phone me so I can discuss getting a refund for the money paid for hosting due to *********** staff being unable to resolve the issue. But I have only been contacted by other *********** staff members whom I must explain the issue to over and over. The when they finally realize they cannot get it working they simply hang up or get some other *********** staff to mail me steps that I have done multiple times already. They changed the control panel for this domain which is clearly the issue but they refuse to change it back to the older WORKING version. My other 2 domains still work perfectly with the older platform. Worst service EVERY
