Poor Afrihost Customer Service( Acc Number: A***8)

I have been sending emails for the past 2 days and no body bothers to respond let alone acknowledge my emails. I have tried their call center number with no luck as well, basically you are requested to leave a message and someone will call after 2 hrs and now its 5hrs counting with no luck.

I am a small web developer and i register my domains through Afrihost are hosting my domains, and now my query has been pending for 4 days, and i have just lost a customer because of their poor service
