Poor AFRIHOST

I canceled AFRIHOST before I could even use it because they are struggling with installation. Now it’s been two weeks now since I logged an order for router return. They have been sending me emails claiming that the courier was unsuccessful in getting hold of me . They claiming that they will deduct money from my account if the router is not returned on 10th February. The delay is on their site because I’ve been making follow up almost everyday.
