Poor adsl and pure ads

I want to caution consumers on switching to Afrihost's pure dal if moving away from Telkom.

I app**** for their pure ads and received a nice email with instructions what to do. I followed the instructions and had to cancel my Telkom account in order for Afrihost to do the conversion to them. I followed up on the Afrihost WhatsApp chat and the consulted said, I must do nothing once the cancellation is through the switch over will happen. well the cancellation date came and I was without internet. called Afrihost they did not have my application, I then had to send them the email with the instructions to proof I app**** and that they rep****.

that consultant went missing and I had to follow up again. now the consultant is telling me it takes unto 14 days. the matter has been escalated for a week now and yet nothing happened, if that was the case in the beginning I would not of done this conversion. let this be a warning to all that needs internet as bad I me that have to work from home in this difficult times
