POOOOOR SERVICE

POOR service, Keep on making promises that they cant keep........ Struggling for almost a month to get a sim swap and delivered. ONTOP of that they delivered my sim to an unknown/unauthorized person and cant tell me who that person is.

PLEASE WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LEARN HOW NOT TO PUT DOWN THE PHONE IN A CUSTOMERS EAR.
