Please train your people better

Currently very unhappy with the service I’m receiving from Afrihost, been on the phone with them for almost 3 hours and keep getting the same response: You are out of network coverage!! BULL ****!! VERY strange thing is that I’m an IT engineer with my own business and took 4 of my other clients Afrihost routers to the same location and they ALL seem to be working FINE! What’s even more strange is that I’m able to browse websites such as Facebook, Bing, TeamViewer and was even possible to update some of my computer programs, HOWEVER MOST other websites like Absa, Google, Gmail, Afrihost, Rain ext. is simply NOT reachable! SO how is this possible? I would like priority service put on this or Afrihost you can kiss me and ALL of my client good-bye! **********
