My name is Juanita.

We moved to a new plays and we did change the network from Afrihost to Metro fibre. We.did test everything like they said we must do but the internet is still very slow. I also ask them they must send someone out to fix the problem. I'm still waiting..I also called Metro fiber and they said the problem is at Afrihost because we are now at Metro fiber. And Afrihost must send some out to see what is the problem why the network is still slow. And still nothing
