Please get this problem sorted out

I have been experiencing no wifi for almost every day the past 2 weeks between 5 and 6 pm, and the matter is not sorted out. I dont have time to spend online or plugging a laptop in while trying to feed and bath the family. Please get this sorted out as last night it could not be resolved, I hold on for 15minutes and no resolution. I have logged numerous calls for this.
