Please fix your lines this is getting ridiculous

Ok i loved this company and i actually still do but it has been literaly two maybe 3 years that i am struggling to get a stable connection to an online game i play, i've left many messages on their facebook support even once or twice on their direct support on their website. The only response i get is that it's my router or this or that but it basically boils down to that it's on my end.... Now i have went out of my way to get separate accounts from other isp's (extra cost to me) from mweb, telkom and crystal web just low lvl 2 mb uncapped accounts just so i can have stability and yes my games were stable and running without hickups just fine on those isp's using the same router and hardware i use on afrihost. So clearly the fault is not on my end but afrihost's script reading robots just keep repeating the same tune over and over i really wish they can fix this issue since i have been a customer for years and i went out of my way to try and stay a customer but i really am getting fed up by their lack of a stable line to online games i love to play.
