Please dont use this service provider the blame everyone else except themselves

I have logged various tickets over a 2 month period regarding packet losses on my fibre connection . I gave heard every excuse in the book from "internal wiring is faulty" to the cable provider back to the afrihost congestion etc..It has been 3 days reporting the same problem with the same reply we escalating to NOC team yet no reply no feedback but 18:00 at night i have anything from 50-75% packet loss.I have send them screenshots test results showing where the problems are.Yet every time i request feedback they ask me for the same tests and same screenshots. Highly unprofessional.
