Please Afrihost Wake up!

Been a client with Afrihost for more than 4 years, first of all they decided to cancel their contract with CM4All without any notice! that's unacceptable... then to aad to this every time i upgrade a domain on clientzone they charge for the upgrade but dont update the changes what's that all about? i have sworn on afrihost in the past and raved about their great service but somewhere they lost the plot coz now it's a freak show! i just held on for more than 25 min to speak to your hosting department, phone me back but be aware i will let you hold on for 25 min plus as well! getting back to CM4all Hetzner still offers that option expect to loose all my domains plus my clients... regards Lowveld IT
