People say public service is bad - they definitely haven't tried Afrihost! Worst service I have ever received in my life

I am not one to complain. I don't like the negative energy it brings, but this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire 40 years on this earth. I moved house end of April. Since 2 May I have been trying to get my internet up and running with Afrihost at the place I moved to. To date I have engaged with at least 20 different consultants, and no one has been able to resolve my issue - which apparently keeps changing by the way. The most recent issue being that someone told Vuma to cancel my contract. I have no idea why this has been such a headache. I work remotely and it's cost me R2000+ to use hotspot from my phone for work and system access. All the while I am paying Afrihost R700+ for a service I am not receiving. Honestly the absolute worse service that I have ever experienced in my life.
