Payments Not Allocated

So my account is in arrears again i do not pay via debit order i pay via EFT no arrangement will be made to pay via debit order due to this exact same reason two weeks ago i received the exact same message payment was allocated or so i thought apparently it wasnt done and then i log onto the clientzone only to find account in order but how am i in arrears if my account is in order ?
