Payment system and orders not integrated

I placed a new order a week ago and I was under the impression that delivery will be 3-5 working days. It is now 5 working days later, my account was double debited and the items has not been shipped, and this is after I have contacted Afrihost at least 5 times (basically each working day) in order to find out what is going on. Looks like I will be lucky if I receive the items in 3-5 weeks. It has been 3 working days since they have double debited my account and on their system it still shows "Waiting for payment", this after I have phoned each day to query why the payment does not show on the order. Every time I get the same answer that they will look into it. Whoever is looking into it clearly does not know what they are doing.
