Payment for a whole month of nothing, thanks

I have been with afrihost for years, but as soon as I cancel my Fibre I still have to pay for a whole month that I can't even use since I moved

I was planning on going back to afrihost when we receive Fibre in our new area but as soon as I call them about the payment they say there is nothing they can do about it

What kind of company is operated that way, there is no customer care when you cancel with them

I won't go back, I'm sure there are better service providers out there that actually try
