Paying R797 for 20kB/s
I'm paying R797 for a 4Mb/s Business Uncapped account but my download speed is 20kB/s. This is ridiculous! This has been going on for weeks now. I'm sick and tired of hearing about it's a network wide issue. I don't care. FIX IT of give me back my money - NOW.

When you have the opportunity can you please update your ADSL modem to use these details and then test the ADSL connection for a few hours to see if there is any difference in performance.
