Paying for unused fibre

I moved in the month of Jan and for the month of February I paid R800 for fubre I was unable to use. So now I am going into another month where I have to pay R800 for fibre I am not using. If it's not the poor internet connection then it's the bad customer service a person receive from you guys. I mean R800 is not a little I could be using that on my 3 year old
