Paying for servive im unable to use

I bought a huawei wifi mobile in the beginning of last year sometime (unsure of specific month). Ever since then, I have had numerous technical problems, where I was unable to make use of the mobile wifi. On a monthly basis I paid for the device, but was unable to use the services on numerous occassions. I'm paying for a service, I am unable to use. I understand that afrihost might be busy, but since I got the product I use all my airtime on phoning them to correct whatever was wrong.... The last person I spoke to regarding the concern, recommended that they send me a sim card, but I had to pay for it (which I did not get the sim card and I refuse to pay for it), which I feel is unreasonable because they could of send me the sim card with the device in the first place... Currently the huawei mobile wifi is still not working..... And today they deducted from my account again. I hope this situation can be sorted out as soon as possible.
