PAYING FOR SERVICE NOT RENDERED

Afrihost has denied me to access client zone. I need to cancel my package. I have sent them emails more than 30 times, but they are reluctant to grant me access. Please help me out! Really stressed. I have paid my hosting fees in full, but I can not access my CPANEL. Need to do some changes on my websites, but I can't. This company called Afrihost is a bully & junk! I urge folks out there to stay away from. You definitely going to have problems with them. Their service is absolute madness! If there is a professional hosting company in Cape Town please do tell me. I really seek & tired of Afrihost.
