paying for Fibre and not getting it!

I have used Afrihost at my home address for two years without any issue until 23rd October 2023 when we moved. We have been without fibre for three months now with Afrihost blaming OpenServe and NOTHING ever getting resolved. Three months of paying Afrihost and not having fibre is ridiculous!
