Paying for a service we aren’t receiving

We are constantly struggling with our internet and every time we have to report it and get a reference- waiting period 72 hours.. then there is a quick fix and the next week we are down again.. no proper solution.. Speaking to Afrihost customer support over WhatsApp, sometimes helpful, other times they don’t help and can be rude. So disappointed.
