Paying for 8MB/s but getting below 5Mb/s

<p>I am currently on the 8MB/s uncapped package with Afrihost, but I have recently noticed that my internet download speed is below 5MB/s, I believe that this has been the case for quite some time now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged a support request with Afrihost (FSU- ********** 1) a couple of days ago and I've been notified twice by Afrihost that the problem has been rectified, but this is not the case. as I am still getting below 5Mb/s download speed.</p> <p> </p> <p>@Afrihost, can you please fix my ineternet speed so that I can get my money's worth.</p>
