Pay or take the highway

I was trying to upgrade from 4meg to 8meg since there is a mere R100 difference. The system quoted me R180 pro-rata which is incorrect. Sibelo their supervisor told me what the system says I must pay. He did not even try to see that there is no common sense in his logic. So I am cancelling all my accounts with afrihost. Had enough with their unprofessional attitude.
