Pay back my money!!!

Afrihost is a good ISP but is refusing to refund me for a router that was collected from me and never reached their offices.

I've jumped through several hoops via WhatsApp, email, etc., and really just need to speak to an actual person to clear things up.

I've tried *** and *** but to no avail.
